Kuwait’s Ambassador to the United States, H.E. Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah, affirmed that the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) stands firm and united in the face of Iranian aggressions and violations of the sovereignty of its member states. In a message addressed to U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Sheikha Al-Zain underscored the collective resolve of GCC countries to confront threats targeting their security and territorial integrity. She stressed that any violation of the sovereignty of a GCC state represents a direct challenge to regional stability and international law. She also stated that the State of Kuwait welcomes the continued commitment of the United States to stand alongside Kuwait and its partners in the Gulf states in defense of the rules-based international order. — KUNA
