Bouftain resigns as Minister of Information and Culture

Newly-appointed minister Abdullah Bouftain has submitted his resignation for personal reasons. The Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) had announced, Sunday, the appointment of Bouftain as Minister of Information and Culture.
