Crowds of Muslim worshippers perform Eid Al-Fitr prayers in Kuwait

Amid highly peaceful, spiritual and cheerful atmospheres, large numbers of Muslim worshippers performed Eid Al-Fitr prayers on Friday morning with glorification of Allah, the Almighty, and praise to Him echoing from loudspeakers across Kuwait. The prayers signalled the conclusion of the holy lunar month of Ramadan. In colourful clothes, scores of men, women and children went to mosques designated by the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs from the early hours of the day. – Kuna
