A decree has been issued appointing Counselor Dr. Jamal Al-Enezi, Deputy of the Court of Cassation, as Chairman of the Grievances Committee responsible for reviewing appeals against decisions made by the Board of Directors of the Central Agency for Public Tenders. The appointment positions Dr. Al-Enezi at the helm of the committee tasked with ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with regulations in handling disputes arising from tender decisions, reports Al-Rai daily.
