Drone attack hits Salalah Port, injures worker and damages equipment

Oman News Agency reported that two drones struck the port of Port of Salalah on Saturday, leaving one worker injured and causing damage to port equipment. Citing a security source, the agency said the attack resulted in moderate injuries to an expatriate worker and limited damage to one of the cranes within the port’s facilities. The source added that the Sultanate of Oman strongly condemned the attack, describing it as brutal, and reaffirmed its commitment to taking all necessary measures to safeguard national security and ensure the safety of residents, reports Al-Rai daily.
