Drone attacks hit Kuwait International Airport, radar system severely damaged

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation confirmed that Kuwait International Airport was targeted by multiple drone attacks, causing significant damage to its radar system. Official spokesperson Abdullah Al-Rajhi said no human injuries or casualties were recorded as a result of the incident. In remarks to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Rajhi added that emergency teams and relevant authorities responded immediately, taking necessary measures to contain the situation and address the damage. The Public Authority for Civil Aviation also confirmed that the drone attacks caused substantial disruption by damaging the airport’s radar infrastructure.
