Health Minister commends recovery of injured officer, hails nation’s medical readiness

Minister of Health Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadhi visited an injured member of the security forces at Al-Sabah Hospital, where he confirmed a significant improvement in the officer’s condition and the beginning of his recovery and rehabilitation phase. According to the Ministry of Health, the officer was admitted after sustaining injuries while carrying out his national duty during the recent attacks in the area. Medical teams have since overseen steady progress in his condition, reports Al-Rai daily. The ministry reported that the patient has shown marked improvement, has been successfully taken off ventilator support, and has now entered a structured recovery and rehabilitation program under a comprehensive medical plan. During the visit, Al-Awadhi reaffirmed the healthcare system’s readiness and highlighted the efficiency of the national emergency response. He also praised the dedication and sacrifices of security personnel, as well as the professionalism and commitment demonstrated by medical staff in handling such critical cases.
