Kuwait Electricity Minister tours Doha East, West power plants

Kuwaiti Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Dr. Sabeeh Al-Mukhaizeem toured Saturday Doha East and West power and water desalination plants to check operations and readiness during Eid Al-Fitr holiday. In a press statement, the minister underlined the ministry’s commitment to monitoring the readiness of all its sectors in line with well considered operational plans to ensure constant services. The minister added that the ministry is operating at the highest level of preparedness amidst the ongoing regional situation by consolidating emergency plans and cementing coordination and technical monitoring around the clock. – Kuna
