Kuwait intercepts four hostile drones, three fall outside threat zone

Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense said Sunday that the armed forces detected seven hostile drones within Kuwaiti airspace over the past 24 hours, successfully intercepting and destroying four, while three fell outside the threat zone without posing any danger. In a media briefing, official spokesperson Colonel Saud Al-Atwan said that explosions heard in various parts of the country were the result of interception operations against hostile drones, as well as activities carried out by explosive ordnance disposal teams. He affirmed that the Kuwaiti armed forces continue to carry out their duties with the highest levels of readiness and efficiency, in full coordination with military and security authorities, to safeguard the nation’s security and stability amid ongoing developments. – Kuna
