Kuwait MoI handles 43 debris reports in past 24 hours

Kuwaiti explosive ordnance disposal teams dealt with 43 reports of falling debris resulting from defensive interception operations over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of reports to 550, said Ministry of Interior said on Wednesday. This was announced by Interior Ministry spokesperson Brigadier Nasser Bousalaib during a media briefing on the latest field developments amid the ongoing Iranian attacks on Kuwait. Brigadier Bousalaib added that warning sirens were activated eight times over the past 24 hours, raising the total number of activations since the beginning of the aggression to 139. He also presented video footage of several incidents involving falling debris or objects deemed outside the threat range. The ministry urged the public to act responsibly, follow official instructions, and adhere to guidance issued by authorities to maintain security and stability. The spokesperson also noted that 26 days into the aggression, Kuwait remains steadfast thanks to the determination of its personnel defending the country, stressing the importance of supporting them. – Kuna
