On behalf of the Government and people of the Kingdom of Lesotho, and on my behalf, I am pleased to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the leadership, Government, and the people of the State of Kuwait on the occasion of Kuwait’s National Day and Liberation Day. I take this opportunity to commend the State of Kuwait for its constructive role in promoting peace, humanitarian cooperation, and international solidarity, and I look forward to the continued strengthening of the friendly relations between our two countries.
