The Kuwait Meteorological Department forecasts scattered rain in some areas of the country starting Saturday evening and continuing until late Monday. Acting Director of the Department, Dharar Al-Ali, told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that weather maps indicate an increase in low and medium-level clouds, interspersed with some cumulonimbus clouds, accompanied by scattered rain starting Saturday evening, which may be thundery at times in some areas. Al-Ali added that the chance of rain will continue until late Monday, with light to moderate winds that will occasionally become active, causing rough seas and a chance of fog in some areas. He noted that the weather will improve starting Tuesday morning, with a decrease in cloud cover and a reduced chance of rain.
