Prime Minister Inspects Shuaiba Port, Reviews Safety Measures and Gradual Resumption of Operations

His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Prime Minister, conducted an inspection visit to Shuaiba Port on Monday, accompanied by Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Mohammad Al-Mashaan. During the visit, His Highness received a detailed briefing from officials on the security and safety measures implemented by the Kuwait Ports Authority to ensure the gradual resumption of operations at the port. The Prime Minister also toured the communications tower at Shuaiba Port to follow up on its operational readiness. He was further briefed on activities in the container yard, including the mechanisms and various stages of goods transportation. The inspection comes as part of ongoing efforts to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and the continuity of services at the strategic maritime facility. – KUNA
