The Meteorological Department forecast continued unstable weather conditions across Kuwait on Thursday, driven by scattered thunderstorms and dust-raising winds, with gradual improvement expected from Friday morning. Acting Director Dharar Al-Ali said in remarks to KUNA that rainfall ranged from moderate to heavy in several areas, occasionally accompanied by hail and strong, gusty winds, leading to high sea waves. He noted that conditions are expected to stabilize starting Friday morning, although there remains a possibility of fog forming in some areas during the evening and early morning hours. Al-Ali explained that Thursday’s nighttime conditions are expected to be cooler and partly cloudy, with active winds and scattered rain that may occasionally turn thundery, along with a slight chance of light fog in certain areas. Looking ahead, he indicated that Friday’s weather will be warm during the day, accompanied by moderate winds and some high clouds. By night, conditions will turn cooler with scattered clouds and possible fog formation in some areas. As for Saturday, he said the weather will remain warm with moderate winds and scattered clouds during the day, while nighttime conditions will be cooler with a continued chance of light fog in some areas.
