US urges nationals to leave 14 Mideast countries now

The US State Department called on Americans in 14 Middle Eastern countries to leave now using available commercial transportation amid a widening military confrontation with Iran, Reports Kuna. “The Secretary Marco Rubio and the State Department urge Americans to DEPART NOW from the countries below using available commercial transportation, due to serious safety risks,” the US State Department Assistant Secretary Mora Namdar posted on its X official account. She named the countries as follows: Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, the West Bank and Gaza, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
